We will explain the difference between the two to allow the client to decide which best suits their needs and desires. Completion of DocumentsWe will prepare all of the necessary documents related to the sale or purchase and mortgage transaction. AdjustmentsWe will ensure that the adjustments are properly calculated and explained to you in a manner that is understandable. (ie. Tax Adjustments) Completion of the SaleWe will certify that the ownership of the land and home has been transferred to you, and then forward the purchase monies to the vendor’s solicitor. |
