Beyond Extreme
Several years
ago, I set myself a goal and commitment that is without equal
and has never been attempted. I plan to cycle 25,000
kilometers from Prudhoe Bay, Alaska through the
"Darien Gap", the most dangerous part of the
world and on the Tierra Del Fuego, South America--in 120
days.
This lifetime
challenge is to raise awareness and money for children
with cancer.
My involvement in
society and community work over the years is well known through
my fund raising and selection of equipment while
establishing fitness centers in Grimshaw, and Peace
River Alberta,
and the Duncan First Nations Band.
As well, I also
plan to climb Aconcagua, the highest mountain in South
America, at 22,834 feet.
I am asking for
your support and invite you to be a part of this
exciting adventure--which is registered with the Guinness
Book of Records.
Thank you,
Dr. Andries Botha
